Operation Harridan

Asset Extraction

An Agency asset with vital intel has been captured by a local Militia Group and is in the process of being transferred to a buyer. The Asset is being transported in an armoured vehicle with a moderate escort, from a local hideout to a location on the outskirts of the city. If they reach this location and is handed over, it is likely they will disappear, along with any information they hold.
Task Force Jackal has been allocated to Agency control and notified for immediate deployment to intercept and extract the asset while the convoy is negotiating the busy streets.

Operation Gallowglass

HVT Kill/Capture

A high ranking commander of an influential rebel group has been located in a village on the Iran/Iraq Border in the Kurdistan region. Coalition intelligence suggests that he holds incriminating information concerning the Russian facilitated flow of weapons into the region, via Iran. Task Force Juniper has been greenlit to capture the commander for questioning.
A Russian force is currently conducting training exercises in Western Iran, close to this region and has started to mobilize towards the commander's position. It is suspected that the commander has requested extraction by this force into Iran.

Operation Leatherback

Part 1

A prolonged joint FBI and NSA case has led to the identification of a suspected Russian sleeper cell residing within the Smoky Mountain region of Tennessee, USA. This cell has been living and working within the region for several years and is of great concern, given the combined presence of suspected Russian state sponsored organised crime within the county, along with sensitive sites, such as the Oak Ridge National Laboratory. It is feared that either an attack and/or infiltration and exploitation of information at ORNL or another facility is planned. The connection to the Criminal elements is unclear.

Operation Leatherback

Part 2

Evidence has led to the conclusion that the Sleeper Cell in the cabin was waiting for orders to retrieve a suitcase bomb that was buried in the Smoky Mountains during the Cold War. It is unknown whether this device is conventional, biological or radiological in nature, or what the intention with the device is. This cell is part of a larger network and was likely a criminal element linked to a more capable and motivated team Russian Intelligence unit.
